Support Daybreak Every Time You Shop at Fred Meyer
You can support Daybreak at no extra cost to you through the Fred Meyer Community Rewards Program. Every time you shop and use your Fred Meyer Rewards Card, a portion of your purchase is donated to Daybreak.
How to Enroll
Visit fredmeyer.com and log in to your Fred Meyer account. Click Enroll to link your Rewards Card to Daybreak.
In the Community Rewards section, search for Daybreak, Incorporated or use organization code HE228.
That is it. Once enrolled, your everyday shopping helps fund programs and services that support our community.
New to Fred Meyer Rewards

Our Services
Basic Housing Assistance Program
This program is designed to help households in the Palmer area, including Chickaloon and Sutton, who are at imminent risk of homelessness due to the potential loss of their permanent residence.
CRP Case management Program
The Palmer Coordinated Resources Project (PCRP) is a specialized therapeutic or problem-solving court serving individuals in the Mat-Su Borough who have been charged with misdemeanor or low-level felony offenses and are living with mental health disorders or disabilities
Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury
We have since broadened our scope of services to include compassionate, specialized support for individuals who have experienced a traumatic or acquired brain injury (TABI) and are also navigating the challenges of a diagnosed mental illness.
Daybreak Community Re-Entry Program
Daybreak Incorporated has been providing reentry case management services for individuals returning to the Mat-Su Borough since the launch of the first pilot project in 2016, as part of the Mat-Su Reentry Coalition.
Mental Health Case Management Program
Daybreak Incorporated is a CARF-accredited outpatient behavioral health program with over 28 years of experience providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Our focus is on intensive case management and community-based recovery support to help individuals achieve stability, wellness, and independence.
